Shipping policy
OVERVIEW
All orders over £250 are sent free of charge to any UK Mainland address. Orders under £250 have a charge of £5.99. Shipping outside of UK mainland areas can be arranged and will be charged at our cost. Please contact us for more information or a quote for delivery outside of the UK mainland areas.
All items are dispatched by courier or pallet delivery. If you have any special requirements and can not accept pallet deliveries you must notify us before your order is shipped. Once an item has been dispatched, we can not change the delivery type.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We can not change a delivery address once an order is dispatched. We also can not change delivery address if the address is not registered to the company or person placing the order. If you need to make a change of address you must contact us prior to an order being shipped. Failure to do so, and failed deliveries will be charged to the customer. If we have to re-deliver an item due to not being able to accept the delivery, additional shipping costs will be charged to the customer. If we still can not deliver after our first attempt and an item is returned to us, the shipping costs and handling fees will be deducted from any refunded amount.
FAILED DELIVERIES
Most couriers will attempt delivery at least twice. If after more than 2 attempts we are still unable to deliver and an item is returned to us undelivered, we will refund the order minus shipping costs and handling fees. These fees and costs can vary depending on the courier and size and weight of the parcel. A minimum of £55+ vat will be deducted up to £300 + vat.
